Technicians from Clean Sweep responded right away on a weekend call. They were professional and knowledgeable in dealing with our water issue. I will definitely call on them again.

Kudos to Clean Sweep and especially to Wes for the professional, efficient way they took charge of the mess that was my basement after the sump pump failed! Communication was perfect, service was excellent, and my panic was greatly eased by their ability to assess and remedy the situation.

We experienced water damage to our home - which was categorized as a level 3 (contaminated water). We had a first company come out and the work done was just awful - and worst of all, incomplete. So we called clean sweep enterprises. Justin, Mike and Ethan showed up on time, wore face coverings and shoe coverings without having to be asked to do so, and were friendly, understanding and professional throughout the entire experience.

Justin, Ethan and Mike showed up at 10am and kept on working until the job was done - well into the night - but got it all done in one day. This included moving furniture, removing walls, ceilings, cabinets, hardwood flooring and carpets, and granite countertops and backsplash, from both the main level and basement of our single family home.

The work Clean Sweep did for me was good. Their billing is on the shady side.
I was assured at least 5 times that I would not be charged above what my insurance company paid. I asked the representative directly, he said no, nothing would be paid out of pocket. I should not have trusted his word, I allowed them to do the work before my appraiser came. I was just worried about further damage. My insurance company said their work was exaggerated and overkill. That they seemed to have padded the bill. Bottom line, they would not pay for the use of too many fans, leaving them run for extra time and a couple other things.
I felt it was a bit much but I'm not a professional, I trusted their integrity and that was my mistake. Bottom line, I should have waited for my insurance company because if given the chance, Clean Sweep will apparently take advantage of an already bad situation.

We had the absolute best possible experience with Justin, Ethan, and Mike from Clean Sweep. What was a very stressful problem was made so manageable thanks to this team. When our water heater basically leaked all over our basement, the folks at Clean Sweep answered our call quickly, had a team out right away, and was so incredibly professional and helpful. They made it easy and talked us through every step of the process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services. While I hope I don't need emergency restoration again soon, I'll be calling Clean Sweep if I do!

Josh and Ethan were excellent at explaining the situation, providing us with clear next steps, and making us feel like we could get all of our questions answered. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend!
