When a leak in the condo above my garage resulted in water coming into my garage, the community builder contacted Clean Sweep to remove the wet insulation, and drywall. Clean Sweep team members Joshua and Mike removed the wet materials and set up air dryers and dehumidifiers to run for several days and created a plastic barrier to contain the equipment.. Over the weekend I texted Joshua with a question and he offered an answer and also offered to come out to check on the water collection tub if needed. Fortunately his answer did not require him making a visit. Today Joshua returned to remove the plastic barrier, air dryers and dehumidifiers. Overall I was very impressed with the professional way the matter was taken care of .

Straightforward, honest. I'll use them again if i have another issue.

Jamie and Rob have been wonderful! They have been very communicative/came right away to assess the situation, explained the process thoroughly, got to work removing everything that had been touched by the sewage water and remediated all the areas. They only removed what had to go/didn't run up the bill. I haven't had any issues with odors, because Jamie and Rob were so quick to get rid of the sewage water. Thank goodness for them! They have treated my property as if it was theirs/so respectful. I would recommend them to anyone, and I can't praise them enough! Thank you Clean Sweep, Jamie and Rob!

Wesley and his crew are timely, proficient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! In fact they have are open 24hours a day for emergency services. I saw their truck in my neighborhood going to another home and gave them a call for my home. Customer Service was friendly, prompt and professional. They also observe CDC standards for the COVID-19 season! I will be using them for mold remediation from a leaky pipe line behind my refrigerator. They thoroughly explained their testing, procedure and tools used for mold remediation, and left my home as they found it without leaving debris everywhere. I strongly believe they will get the work done right the first time! You can count on Wesley and his team time and time again!
