Wes and his group were outstanding!!! My sump pump failed and about 2 inches of standing water was discovered Christmas night. Clean Sweep showed up that night and immediately got work getting the water out of my basement. They are some of the most courteous people I have worked with. They talked to my insurance company that evening and stayed until the water was removed. I would recommend no one else if asked.

Highly recommend Clean Sweep for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. We needed a significant clean-up effort following a sewer line back-up into our basement. The damage was extensive with standing water that seeped into the carpet, walls, and ruined many household items.

Our first contact with Clean Sweep was the afternoon of the day we discovered the problem. They had a crew out to us that evening and worked well past midnight hauling away everything that was destroyed and disinfecting what remained. Afterward they brought in about a dozen industrial fans and a dehumidfier to dry the basement out and prevent mold/bacteria from gaining a foothold. Equally important, they knew what we would need for insurance purposes and documented all the damage with pictures and a written report which we will submit with our claim.
