We had a burst pipe and after the plumbers fixed the initial problem, these guys came in right away (w/in a couple of hours) and were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We had the same contact person (Wes) and the team were pleasant, wore masks, and respectful. Not only did they do the clean up but they were able to help us figure out what the larger issue may be and give us advice on what to communicate to a future plumber. After an unfortunate incident, I needed a quick response from a remediation team to address the water damage and ensure that there would be no mold growth. Clean Sweep Enterprises returned my call and sent a crew out that very evening.
James, the technician, and his team provided updates of their estimated arrival, were professional upon arrival - including mask, wear and wearing covering for their shoes to prevent damage to the floor and carpet.
In cases of future checks in the ongoing days, they provided an update as to when they would arrive. Even better, they were punctual: if they said they would be there at 10, they were there at 10.

Wesley and the whole team who came out with him today have been awesome and have made a stressful situation so much easier. They have been patient answering all of my questions and concerns and have taken their time to explain the whole process of mold contamination, and the subsequent steps needed to take to decontaminate the affected area. My kids’ playroom took the hit and they have gone above and beyond to ensure that what items can be safely saved will be, including individually cleaning the Lego-palooza we have going on down there. When it rains it pours. My furnace went out and at the same time a pipe in my basement broke and flooded the entire basement. In a complete panic I called a very well known clean up company at 8:30 pm and was told my issue was not an emergency and told to call back Monday morning. Needless to say I hung up, googled some more and immediately called clean sweep. Within minutes of the call Ruth was compassionate and understanding of my needs.
