I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!! Clean Sweep was so knowledgeable, responsive and professional in providing emergency services for our water damage. Every single person we've dealt with- from the estimator (Jamie) to the work team (Wes & Josh) to the receptionist (Donna) was completely amazing. I feel like I've had a team advocating for me and helping me through this entire process in such a kind and compassionate way, not only with the cleanup but in dealing with our insurance company as well. They literally treated us like family. Wes and Josh worked SO hard to perform cleanup services in both our kitchen and basement. It was a complete mess and they handled it efficiently and the work was so well done. I cannot imagine having used another company for this job. James and Michael did an amazing job! They were respectful of my home by wearing masks and foot covers and began work immediately answering any questions I had with a smile. I called Clean Sweep on a Saturday afternoon after a plumber had resolved the leak coming from my neighbor who claimed there was no leak in their unit. The earliest Clean Sweep could get to me was on Monday, early afternoon.

James and Michael knocked on my door, as stated, in the early afternoon on Monday. They came prepared to get the process started. When they came in, they covered their shoes and masked up. They got to work right away covering stuff and moving what needed to be moved.

The ceiling and part of a wall was removed and all associated debris was removed from from my home. If it weren't for the equipment left behind, you would never have known they were there. They even cleaned up the floor before they left.

We had a septic issue at our home on Sunday. We called on Monday and they came right out. Wes and Josh were very professional, courteous. They let us know exactly what was going on and how they would remedy the problem. Thank you for putting our minds at ease.

After a complete HVAC replacement, a floor pipe was cut causing water back up in my laundry room. Because I was worried about mold, Clean Sweep was brought in. They looked my laundry room over and came up with a plan to get all water out of my basement. They were professional and pleasant. I would recommend this company. James was really nice.

James and Michael arrived on time and were extremely professional, polite, and informative throughout the entire process, from the initial inspection to the final clean up! They worked efficiently and quickly despite the fact that the damage was in our attic and it was pretty hot up there on the day they came to perform mold remediation and remove all of the moldy insulation. They did an amazing job with the cleanup and removal of the insulation from our home as well......not an ounce of old insulation left! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. James and Michael are TOTALLY AWESOME! Thank you, both, for ALL of your assistance in remediating our mold issue!
