It is correct that there were many emails initially as we set up services. I expressed that I am a mom who works full time and emailing during nap time is best. Making that statement now to make it appear that communication is appropriate when in actuality, the issue was communication when there were concerns identified after cleanings had started, is being deceitful. Additionally, noting that our family had a discounted rate as discussed due to the requested services/rooms being cleaned (or lack thereof) and then determining that due to this agreed upon rate means that this allows for no discussion or resolution of concerns of the actual cleanings is poor business practice.
