Our two cleaners were on time and did a very good job listening to the various instructions we had (it was a lot of 'don't worry about this area, only do the floor here' etc. Nothing crazy, but still something to keep track of, and they did!) Once they were gone we were happy with the quality of the clean, and I was impressed that they'd tried to organize our tea area, which is always a bit of a mess. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were 2 areas where the steam mop had been left on a wood floor a bit long and marked the floor- I myself have done that, so it's not so much the mark that I was upset about, I just wish they'd brought it to my attention before leaving the house. It's *possible* they didn't notice, but with 2 large marks, 2 people, and one of the marks was in the hallway where it's very visible, so I do presume they noticed. We've since picked up a...
