Classy closets was great to work with! I am extremely happy with the whole process, from time of initial meeting through completion of the project. Rachel's designs were awesome! They took into account what I was looking for, my budget, and she added some suggestions that really made my closet functional. There was a slight unavoidable installation scheduling delay (d/t illness) and Classy closets made sure to keep me updated and rescheduled the installation promptly. Customer service is excellent! My installer, Gary was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, and kept us updated on the installation progress. The finished product exceeded my expectations! We worked with Kat @ Classy Closets. Please note, this is our **SECOND** project with them. First was the master closet years ago and it was amazing. Second this time was shelving and a built in desk. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are affordable, BELOW 2 other bids, had financing, and the sales woman was amazing. They clearly know what they are doing. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and did a remarkable job! What's more? They have been perfect since 2009! Sarah Owens designed us the perfect closet for our space. Through many design iterations, review of materials, and walk-throughs of our closet space (which is neither large, nor walk in), Sarah listened to our needs and gave us the best bang for our space and buck.
