Easy to deal with sales team, easy to schedule, efficient and clean at the work-site, good value and nice product. Eager to resolve the few issues that arose. Overall well done both in our principal closet and kitchen pantry.

Designer created excellent plans for three closets and a storage cupboard. Installation was made approximately four weeks later. The installers were professional, efficient, and neat. Everything was smoothly executed.

From design with Carl and through the entire project completion, working with Rick, we could not have reasonably asked for a better experience. Carl was profession and his wide and rich experience guided us not only in design, but throughout the project and our many questions. We completely gutted and remodeled our old tub/shower guest bathroom into a modern 'walk in shower' bathroom. Total remodel floor to ceiling. Also included additional work in a kitchen backsplash, shower repairs to master bath shower and complete repainting of the MB. Project manager Rick kept us advised and the work on track. Worked with our schedule and willingly adjusted when we had an unexpected need for a short delay in middle of project. She was on time to all appointments, very transparent with the different closet configurations and options, and was completely open to sharing prices and CAD drawings.

I had previously sought the assistance from another closet company, however, I was very disappointed with the fact that the other company would not provide me with a professional rendering of the closet(s). They asked me to sign a contract before they would give me the professional drawings. That was an invitation to look elsewhere, which is when I called Nia at Classy Closets. I only wish I would have called Nia sooner! The finished closets look great and were produced and installed in less than 3 weeks.

Everything was done in a timely manner. They came on time and completed the job when they said they would. They did an amazing job and everything looks amazing!
