My experience with Classy Closets was fantastic! I worked with three companies for bids and ideas for how I could maximize the efficiency and functionality of our Master Bedroom closet before I amended on Classy. When Tachel came over she was the only one who really listened to what I wanted to accomplish. Plus when it can time to measure she was very quick using her latest eat technology measuring tools! The design she came back with was even better than what I had envisioned. Plus I was able to “view” the closet from several angles from the pictures she provided, again from the latest CAD software! The team who installed it were so professional, arriving promptly when they said and guiding me through their process. And we could not be happier with the final results!! I will start by saying that CC did three projects for me in my new house: a home office, a full pantry build out and a drop zone area. The design process with Leslie was excellent. She listened, gave excellent input and design advise. All areas turned out great based on that. The installation process went well and the installers were professional and very respectful of my home.
My only criticism of the projects is that it took several attempts with each one to get everything right. Small things like wrong size drawer boxes in the pantry and missing parts when the office was installed. Not a huge problem, but a little frustrating.
Overall, I will definitely recommend CC to anyone! We get lots of compliments on all the projects that were done!
