We downsized our home for retirement and bought a new home. We went with builder finishes in the Owner's closet and laundry room but quickly realized the standard builder product left us woefully in need of more storage space. We had worked with Classy Closets a few years back and had a good experience so we called them up. Joy Whitehead came over and listened to our needs, then began putting together design options for us to choose from. We decided on a plan and got on their schedule. The installation crews showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful of our home in bringing in all the tools and materials for the install. Highly recommend Classy Closets. We worked with them on our closet remodel four years ago and our cat scratched the front doors. When we ordered our pantry recently they offered to replace closet doors free of charge. Both are complete and we’re very happy. Alicia was excellent to work with for the closet design, great communication, checked on us during installation & design turned out just like we wanted! Paul and Emery were our installers and really did an outstanding job. Also, great communication and the closet turned out perfect. Everything was great, from the dedicated and professional service and advice of our designer, Kat Maack, to the tear out of our old dysfunctional closet, and then the install yesterday! We had our primary bedroom closet redone by Classy Closets in preparation for our move into our new house, and it definitely fits all our needs and desires - I am over the moon and looking forward to having it there for when we move in! 100% satisfied!!! Our first experience with Classy was great. Kat was our designer and beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She was very patient while we got other quotes but in the end chose classy because of their quality, creativity in design and customer service. Our installers were awesome as well. I recently had a closet designed and installed by Classy Closets in Scottsdale and I was blown away with the experience. My designer, Ewa, was very knowledgeable and helpful in tailoring a closet to meet my needs and am really happy with the result.
There were a couple minor issues with my walls being out of plumb and the installation team came back to install additional trim to make it right.
