A special thank you to Rick and Tyler for responding to my emergency plumbing needs. They arrived to install a toilet supply line in my guest bathroom. After the installation, they made sure the toilet was working properly. Rick and Tyler were professional, focused on their work and provided information that will be helpful to me if there are future plumbing problems. Rick was especially helpful by identifying the main water line in my home. He showed me the direction that the lever should be turned if there is a home flood. Plumbing!!! It was the day after Christmas and the water would not turn off in my bathroom sink. The cut off valves were seized and basically my faucet was falling apart because it was over 23 years old. I made a call and a wonderful and very knowledgeable technician named Rick came to my rescue! He got my cut off valves and my faucet replaced in no time at all. He was able to fix a very bad and scary situation in no time at all.
