Clarksville Construction Services (Central Maryland)

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company. We had an addition put on and turned our garage into a sunroom by this company. From the beginning mistakes were made starting with the wrong windows being installed in sunroom at first, exterior door installed on an interior space, door locks not keyed properly and they were installed upside down and the wrong size garage door was ordered so we had to wait weeks for a new one. With garage door being late mini split was installed before garage door came and the metal rail was too long and blocked accessing mini split so we had to have the rail cut. Exterior side wall had to be redone since it wasn’t a smooth transition between addition and existing room. Roof had to be redone after we noticed a leak in our sunroom and it had a hump in it where the existing roof ended and the new roof on addition started. Roof shingles not laying...

Clarksville Construction Services (CCS) did some repair work in the interior of my home from water damage and I am very impressed with the company. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process from doing the estimate, to setting up a pre-construction meeting, to actually delivering top-notch work. Several individuals that I had the pleasure of working with from Clarksville Construction to help make my home repair engagement happen were John M., Troy M., Marco, and Kate P. A big shout out and recommendation for CCS.

We contracted with CCS to install a new granite fireplace surround and hearth and paint the wall. Overall, the project was carried out in a highly professional manner. The new granite was thicker than the stone that removed, and a considerable amount of custom work had to be done to make things fit properly. The workers were skilled and made it come together perfectly. We also appreciated the good communication with us as the project progressed. We especially appreciated that the project manager, Fidel, was communicative and professional.

The company is awesome. From estimate to work completion seamless. Everyone very professional, communicative. Quality of work excellent. They replaced my front door unit and storm door. They maybe more expense than others but feel it is worth it to receive excellent quality.

Clarksville construction renovated a screen porch for us. The results were amazing. We went with a vinyl window, full screen product and love that we are now maintenance free. The project consultant and crew were such a pleasure to have at our home. Very respectful and easy to approach with any questions or concerns. We are so very satisfied!!
