I hardily recommend Clarksville Construction. Erin and Julian who ran my project were fabulous. I replaced a sliding glass door, 2 windows, and did drywall repair in my sun room. Julian and Erin made recommendations for all products and it turned out wonderfully. Julian is very through. Went over the contract to make sure I understood what would be done. Most importantly, they called me and let me know what would be done each day. They arrived when they said they would. If you've ever dealt with other contractors, you know how unusual that is. Dependability is the way I would describe Clarksville Construction.
Next year they will be replacing my deck.

This contractor started off friendly but turned unprofessional quickly. They showed up late or not at all, left tools and trash around the property, and had loud arguments with their workers on-site. The lack of respect for my time and space was unacceptable. I had to eventually hire someone else to fix their mess. Stay far away.

The work looked okay at first glance, but within a few weeks, we started noticing cracks and uneven finishes. When I tried to bring this up, the contractor became defensive and uncooperative. On top of that, I was billed for things we never even discussed. Be careful — they’re not transparent with costs, and the quality doesn’t justify the price at all

I hired this general contractor for a home renovation, and it was a nightmare. Communication was terrible — I had to constantly follow up for updates. The project, which was supposed to take 3 weeks, dragged on for over 2 months with excuse after excuse. Nothing was done on schedule, and I felt completely ignored throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Not only did the contractor miss multiple deadlines, but their crew was also incredibly unprofessional. They showed up late, left early, and often left a mess behind at the end of each day. I even caught them smoking in my backyard without permission. I regret ever hiring this company.

We were quoted one price and then hit with a bunch of surprise charges along the way. The final bill was nearly double what we agreed on. On top of that, the workmanship was subpar. Cabinets were misaligned, tiles were loose, and some fixtures weren't even installed properly. Definitely not worth the money.

The quality of the work was terrible. Crooked drywall, uneven flooring, and visible paint streaks everywhere. When I brought up my concerns, they brushed me off and blamed others instead of taking responsibility. Now I have to spend more money hiring someone else to fix their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs!

Kudos to Matt Thompson from Clarksville Construction Services! I reached out to several construction companies for some exterior work that needed to be done on my home. From the start, Matt was the most knowledgeable and personable of all the contractor reps. He was very thorough and even asked if he could check something in the house to ensure that what he was proposing was the right solution.

He took his time to recheck everything and explain the needed repairs in detail. This was a welcome change from others who walked around the house quickly and said they would send a proposal by the end of the week, which I am still waiting for, two weeks later.
