We used Clarksville Construction for a small job through their handyman department. Lou was incredibly friendly and helpful during the estimate, walking me through the company and thoroughly taking a look at our issue. I really appreciated his good humor and honesty! I then worked with Randall, who was equally friendly and responsive. Randall's team was friendly, helpful, and extremely hardworking while they were completing our job. Both Randall and Lou followed up after the job was completed, and I can tell that Clarksville Construction really cares about the quality of their work and the customer experience. We are new homeowners and this is our first time using a contractor, and we had a great experience and will definitely be using them again for future home projects!

We hired Clarksville Construction to remodel our bathroom, they were exceedingly professional from the first meeting to the final walk through. Communication was excellent and they worked with us to help us design the perfect bathroom for our home. Their workers were very respectful in our home and took care to leave the house as clean as they found it. We will use Clarksville Construction again for any future remodeling needs.

We cannot say enough good things about working with this company for our sunroom addition. From our first meeting through the entire construction they knew what we wanted and were professional and friendly. I was disappointed to have such a negative experience after having read so many good reviews. I would not recommend them. The 12x12' deck that was going to take 3 days turned out to take 3 weeks. The workers were loud and unpredictable, showing up on a Saturday unannounced, and failing to show up on the day they were supposed to. Their errors led to a muddy mess, which they only cleaned up when I called and complained. They cracked the wood they were banging so hard that I had to have them come back and fill the cracks. Way over budget. The deck looks nice. They told me they would charge $1800 to come back and stain it. No thanks. I don't want them to ever come back!

I had CCS out for an estimate on a vanity project last year, after some mixup the owner, Adam, came out personally to do my estimate. We talked about my project but he noticed a much more pressing issue that was further down my list of priorities. What a great catch! I ended up moving forward with CCS on that project to replace a large sliding door (96 inch!) with a modern and effiecient French Door. During the project the full scope of my problems were revealed and CCS was able to handle it all in stride. I had the same team onsite for 5 days, working full days with no time wasted or problems at all. Very professional and timely from the people in the field to the logistics back at the office. Clarksville Construction rescued our home remodeling project!! We (unfortunately) hired a disreputable remodeling company to do a roofline alteration and replacement project that was started and then abandoned. Thankfully, the team we worked with at Clarksville immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge. Our Salesperson, Patrice Arca, drew up a highly detailed contract that was easy to understand and explained exactly what our project would entail. Our Project Manager, John Maktos, met with us before the project started to discuss the scope of work, and was also on-site while the work was being completed. We hired Clarksville to renovate two bathrooms in our 100-year-old house last year.

Proposal:
Clarksville’s salesperson happened to be the founder and owner (Adam). He is very knowledgeable and followed up with us regularly while we waited on quotes from other companies. Their proposal was by far the most thorough. While they have a reputation for being expensive, due to their size and overhead, their price was surprisingly close to estimates from Blackstone Kitchen & Bath, BST Design & Build, and Valor Home. In the end, we selected them because none of the other contractors provided as much detail in their proposal.

We are so glad we chose Clarksville Construction to replace indoor stairs, balusters, and railing, plus replace indoor doors. All of the staff members were considerate, friendly, and professional. Workers went out of their way to contain and minimize construction disruption to the rest of the house. We would definitely work with the company on future projects and highly recommend them.
