A few months ago, I had my master bathroom remodeled by Clarksville Construction. My initial consultation with Doug Worm went well. He gave me the history and culture of Clarksville, as well as their commitment to doing great work. I appreciate that they have an amazing warranty plan. I was sold on that day.

The PM and his assistant were at my beck and call. I appreciate the care and attention that Mattie and Randall gave to me and my project. The crews came in and were very respectful. I even went out of the country for a week and felt comfortable allowing the crew access to my home. I was so excited once the project was complete and I could finally use my bathroom. It turned out more spectacular than I could imagine.

This was our second time working with Clarksville Construction. They updated two bathrooms and they were just as conscientious as they were when they did a more major renovation last year. I really appreciated that they were willing to do just the work that we wanted done; no pressure to gut the entire bathroom.The work crew of Orbin and Abel was great. They showed up on time every day, finished in the projected time, and they did great work. And Vanessa, our project manager, was in touch with us through the entire process to ensure that we were satisfied. Both this year and last, everyone we dealt with at Clarksville Construction was polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Our experience: very poor communication and not dependable. We went through several evaluations and were assigned a project manager, which was very exciting for us at the time. I made them aware that we were not seeking out other companies and that we truly wanted their business!!! At every step of this process we were having to follow up with this company because we hadn’t heard back from them on the set deadlines they had provided to us (which we were reassured were realistic timeframes they could meet since they knew that they were very busy). All of that was something we expected to experience TO AN EXTENT, however, it became unreasonable after 2-3 months and we still did not have set plans or a design in place. We are seeking out more reliable companies.
