We had a new front door, molding, and sidelites installed as well as a side garage door. It took a while to get the correct measurements and exact sidelites that we wanted, but after that it was smooth sailing! Julian Vaugh was our salesperson and Vanessa Arevalo was our project manager. Vanessa was wonderful! She kept in touch with us to make sure things were going according to plan, and she let us know when parts were coming in and the crew would be here. After we had signed off on the job, we noticed that the insulation strip on one side was a little short. We texted Vanessa with pictures, and she did not hesitate to agree that the crew would come back when the new piece came in and install it. The installers were terrific. They put plastic and tarp down in our entry way and cleaned up everything when they left. We are extremely happy with both doors and would recommend...
