Clarksville Construction rescued our home remodeling project!! We (unfortunately) hired a disreputable remodeling company to do a roofline alteration and replacement project that was started and then abandoned. Thankfully, the team we worked with at Clarksville immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge. Our Salesperson, Patrice Arca, drew up a highly detailed contract that was easy to understand and explained exactly what our project would entail. Our Project Manager, John Maktos, met with us before the project started to discuss the scope of work, and was also on-site while the work was being completed. We hired Clarksville to renovate two bathrooms in our 100-year-old house last year.

Proposal:
Clarksville’s salesperson happened to be the founder and owner (Adam). He is very knowledgeable and followed up with us regularly while we waited on quotes from other companies. Their proposal was by far the most thorough. While they have a reputation for being expensive, due to their size and overhead, their price was surprisingly close to estimates from Blackstone Kitchen & Bath, BST Design & Build, and Valor Home. In the end, we selected them because none of the other contractors provided as much detail in their proposal.

Process:

We are so glad we chose Clarksville Construction to replace indoor stairs, balusters, and railing, plus replace indoor doors. All of the staff members were considerate, friendly, and professional. Workers went out of their way to contain and minimize construction disruption to the rest of the house. We would definitely work with the company on future projects and highly recommend them.

We have built one home and remodeled two. Clarksville Construction replaced all of our exposed wood trim, painted the exterior and remodeled our laundry room of a 6,000 SF house. Everything was professional and all of the employees easy to work with as we implemented a few change orders to expand the scope of work. We competitively bid the work and they were the lowest bidder by far. We would use them again. Nearly all of the work was done by their employees who they appear to be treated very well.

We had a problem with the Rear Door/Window system in the back of my mom's house. The wood trim had rotted out in areas, and all the caulk had dried out and cracked. We tried one contractor, but had a bad experience. We were fortunate enough to then find Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). They had to redo the bad work done, and do the entire job correctly. They used PVC trim to replace the rotted wood, stripped all the old caulk, re-caulked, primed and painted two coats. A great job. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with many contractors in the area and Clarksville is by far the best, most professional company for large jobs. I would use them again.

I've used this company for multiple projects in the home (drywall, insulation, painting, siding/trim repair), and they've earned my complete trust. Their crews are friendly, 100% professional and treat the home like it's their own. That trust and peace of mind is well worth the relatively higher price you'll pay. One time I had an issue with the quality of the paint job they did; project manager immediately had a crew come back and make it right for no additional charge. Only issue is organization/communication at the top. Last job the crew showed up a day earlier than I expected because a change in date wasn't communicated to me. A request for the project manager not to ring the doorbell/wake up a sleeping baby also never reached him. Overall minor issues, and I will 100% hire them again and recommend them to anyone.
