Claire sold my rental house in the middle of a quarantine.

Two months before the quarantine, when my renters moved out and I was faced with the decision of whether to sell as is or to fix and sell, my contractor referred me to Claire, who had sold his mother-in-law’s house. Claire viewed the property, and told me room by room what to change to make the property more desirable. She praised the positive and hammered home the negative. She told me what colors and features buyers would expect and be attracted to. She gave me an idea of how to accomplish that with a budget that would be in line with pricing of the house. She did this on her own time - I did not sign with her until five months later when the renovation was complete.

She had an amazing way of marketing the house. She produced booklets for buyers to take home that featured every positive aspect...

So thankful for Claire's expertise, professionalism, wise guidance, great communication and integrity every step of the way in our Home Buying process. Bad News and Good News

First the bad, the home buying process is totally different than House Hunters would have you believe. The good news is House Hunters never shows a realtor as amazing as Claire. For 90 days we talked to Claire almost every day. We are beginning to have Claire withdrawals.

Claire meets with you in the beginning and explains the process as well as listening to your hopes and dreams. We jokingly called her a matchmaker as she listens to what your heart desires and helps you find it. We sent her listings daily we were interested in. She would provide quick feedback and we would be viewing the house the same or next day if it met our wish list. One of the best things about working with her is she is very honest about why or why not a home will work for you based on your desires. It is very easy to overlook things that are important...

Claire was absolutely amazing in helping my husband and I find our first home. With our low budget and the crazy Portland market we were doubtful we’d find something, but Claire was incredibly helpful and pushed for us to get the best deals we could. We couldn’t recommend her higher.

The thought of buying our first house in a crazy Portland market was a daunting one. After our first meet up with Claire, however, we knew we were in excellent hands. From day one she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and super patient with all of our questions. Viewing homes with Claire was always a great experience. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, and during each viewing she would dream with us about a homes potential, answer all of our questions about it's history, and give us the good news and the bad news about each home. It always felt like she was on our side, and wanted nothing more than to help us find exactly what we were looking for. So when we found 'The One', Claire was all over it.
