Claire did an outstanding job, going above and beyond to sell our older 1973 home. The home had asbestos issues that needed to be resolved and she found and coordinated the contractors . The home needed a lot of smart attention brought to it in the advertising to highlight it’s uncommonly valuable features. We even had a VA loan buyer, and everything closed on time, including the repairs, VA appraisal, and VA underwriting approval.

The world of home buying can be daunting as a first time home buyer, especially in the extremely tight Portland market. You need someone who is a kind educator, a caring ear, and a shrewd negotiator.
