Claire Widmark-Wright and team made it such a simple process to help me sell my aunt and uncles home! Claire helped us purchase our home 5 years ago and sell it this past week. From the first conversation about how much we should sell our home for, to getting it prepped, marketing it, and strategically determining when and how to bring it to market, Claire was the best. She also continued to assist us during a minor bump in the road during escrow when we encountered a problem.

My husband and I purchased our home late last summer with the help of Claire and her team, and to say we were taken care of extremely well would be an understatement. Claire and her team were recommended to us to sell a single-family home. We were pushing the end of the fall real estate season and were able to put the house on the market promptly. They were able to schedule photos, measurements, staging, and create brochures quickly. The house was priced correctly and we had 9 offers, going to sale pending in the first week. Claire worked with the buyer's realtor and we were updated daily. She and her team know their business very well and have numerous contacts to keep the process moving forward.
