Best business decision I've made. They have the perfect combination of being both knowledgeable about their business and holding themselves to a high ethical and compassionate standard. Their constant and thorough communication with me always let me know I was part of the team. Every suggestion was run by me and
our decisions were made together.
Our duplex needed many repairs, including a new roof, and they handled all the arrangements regarding contractors and appts.
They worked tirelessly to get the duplex ready for market. When the time came, their pricing was spot on and we had 5 offers in 48 hrs, closing slightly over list price.

We have been working with Claire and her husband Mark for almost 4 years now! They helped us find our first home, a 2 bedroom Condo in NE Portland. Then as our family grew, they recently helped us find out dream home in Sherwood. Claire is excellent to work with, has great advice, and very prompt in answering all texts I send her way. She was also so kind to bring us lunch during moving day (3 kids and moving is not easy!). If you're looking to sell or buy, working with Claire and her team is the best way to go.

Claire and her team were amazing! They helped us buy our first home over 6 years ago, and in the last year helped my mom buy a new home.
