As a first time house-seller, Claire and her team made a daunting process not only manageable but enjoyable! Through the whole process, Claire generously shared her expertise on the housing market, how to land on a selling price, the best contractors to work with, negotiating with the buyer, etc. all while giving me the space to make the final call. It's rare to go from listing to closing in literally 28 days but if I didn't work with Claire this unlikely scenario would have been non-existent. When we realized that we were going to move and needed a realtor to sell our home we didn’t know of anyone who had a referral to offer. Of course, we went directly to the internet and called the first few that were in our neighborhood with websites that looked inviting. We actually spoke face to face with one at length and let her know that we weren’t going to be selling until spring of this year so please keep our information we provided to her and give us a call around January (this conversation was in September 2023). Claire and her team helped with the sale of my mom's home after she moved into assisted living. The fact that she spoke directly to my mom and not just me was a major deciding factor. Claire patiently explained every aspect of the selling process. She connected us with a wonderful estate sales company, advised us on necessary home repairs, and coordinated companies to clean and stage the home. She guided us skillfully with the pricing and timing of putting the house on the market. From our initial meeting until the sale finalized was a little over 2 months. In going to numerous open houses looking for an agent, we knew right away Claire was the one for us. She spent time with us, providing excellent answers, information, and asking good questions. She came to the house for a walk-through. We assumed we would have to paint the kitchen cabinets (solid Maple) and the counter tops.She said no, just change the brass knobs to brushed nickel. From our initial fact-gathering meeting with Claire, all the way through the process of listing, and then closing, the excellent information and consistent support were outstanding. The materials, checklists, and detailed suggestions for preparing the house for listing were so helpful, and Claire and her team were only a phone call or text away when any questions arose. I especially appreciated the detailed updates that came at the beginning of each week with a review of what had been accomplished to date as well as what to expect and/or what needed to be done in the week to come. The whole process went smoothly and I highly recommend Claire and her team without hesitation.

Claire is the absolute best! I can't say enough kind things about her. She provides her honest opinion about a house. Does not pressure a buy - on many occasions reminded us it is okay to be picky and to not jump into anything less than. She is so knowledgeable and is with you every step of the way. And she gets the job done! She truly wants you to love your new home and will go the extra mile to make sure the sellers make it move in ready (regarding safety issues). We soooo lucked out with her!
