Poor teaching and bad customer service.
I asked my teacher what is the plural of a word ( דלת ) she was teaching us and she refused to tell me because the plural form is irregular and it would be confusing. Paying that much for a course and not being able to make simple questions about plural forms of words that are being taught is quite frustrating and demotivating. After the occasion, I refrained from making questions about any plural form. Google translator worked just fine, but, then again, what's the point of having a teacher then.
In another class, the same teacher taught something that was just blatantly wrong regarding the use of preposition "את", she even wrote the mistake in our shared notebook.
