Worst service experience of my entire life. I don’t know if I should be laughing or crying about it. I only want my AC repaired. I now have to contact another company. Airkatek seems good. A little more pricy but at least the job will get done.

Called Monday June 7th to book appointment. Got an appointment for Monday June 14th between 8 and 11 AM. At that point, I was happy! I called 2 other places that had availability but later that week so decided to go with the earliest appointment as summer is off to a hot start! They said I would receive a confirmation before, never got that.. so I called Friday June 11th at 5:30 PM. I thought it would be closed but it actually says 24/7 everywhere (Google, Website etc) so I called. Stayed on the line for about 30 minutes… had someone on the line who seemed to know absolutely nothing about the company/appointments, nothing … but he...

(Translated by Google) Cirtech CVAC offers very poor customer service. Firstly, it says 24/7 even though it is difficult to reach them during normal working hours. Then, they make us make an appointment a week in advance, only to cancel the same day 30 minutes before the appointment without being able to promise another replacement date! Was an excellent service from the technician simply one issue with the call service which must be more accurate with the booking but in all it was alright.
