I sent you photos of our machine ahead of time, yet your service technician was not familiar with that type of machine! Please review our invoice. He even stated he wasn't familiar with the system we have. Why show up then and charge me a service call?? I'm sorry, this is not right!! Disgusting service in my opinion. Never again.
