Our system was originally installed before we bought our condo and is kind of non standard. Even though Justin told me that he would prefer not touching this and referred me to the original installer, he took the time on the phone to answer all my questions and give advices. Great service from someone that was honest and upfront from the start. Annic was also extremely nice when I called the first time. Will definitely keep your info for future HVAC needs.
