Cirtech cvac

We have been a customer of Cirtech's for over a year now. We are on a service contract for our HVAC and they have come twice for reg checkup and maintenance, and a special cleaning of the coils. When we had an emergency, they came within a day, and fixed the problem. We have been very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. We would definitely recommend their services.

After a google search, Cirtech ended up at the top of the list. I called, left a message, and got a call back within the hour. The receptionist was kind, patient and attentive. She was able to get a technician to my house in the afternoon.

Tyler (our technician) provided top-tier service from his arrival onwards. He was meticulous in finding the problem, proposing a solution AND proposing an interum solution while I wait for a new thermostat (smart thermostat was determinded defective). Furthermore, he detailed and priced out all proposed maintenance for the future.
