Food is good, service was ok. Sushi can take a long time to get but since it's freshly made I guess that makes sense.

Nice place. On the restaurant to brewery scale, it's definitely more a restaurant that also brews beer, which usually means the beer is just ok, but their beer was surprisingly good. Like really good. On the food side, we had the prime rib and grouper sandwiches, which were excellent, but they were our fallback orders. The wait for sushi was nuts--over an hour--so we changed our order.

The wait staff were friendly and helpful, but I felt bad for them having to constantly apologize for the slow sushi. It looked to be a well-practiced apology. I got the impression this wasn't a one-time problem. They really needed a second sushi chef. I hope they get one. It really was a 5* experience otherwise.
