Andrew was very thorough and communicated his concerns very well. Our only challenge was with the schedulers who made a couple of errors in conveying proper information to us. They were friendly, however. The inspector himself was excellent. Choice was recommended to us by our realtors, who have referred their clients to Choice repeatedly.

Choice Home Inspection Services did an incredible job! Andrew, the Inspector, looked professional and showed up on time (in fact showed up early). He greeted me with a smile, told me who he was and what he was there for, and told me immediately that at any time if I had any questions he would be glad to answer them. As he started the inspection he told me step by step where he was going to inspect and what he was taking note of. During the inspection Andrew would come get me and show me spots that he felt concerned about and explained to me what was going on. I'm very satisfied with the service and would use them again to inspect my house and property!
