Choice Home Inspection did a superb job at inspecting my under contract house. Andrew was very thorough, didn't rush me, and went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were fully addressed and that all my questions were answered. He gave me tips to improve things, and how to save money at the same time! And when it came to inspecting the "dirty" areas of the house (like the attic and crawlspace)... he just "rolled up his sleeves" and went right to work. I would hate to see his laundry bill! His report was so organized and easy to read, that is was a seamless process for my agent and I to put together a list of needed repairs (actually, we mostly did copy/paste). Bottom line... you can't get a better home inspection service. I highly recommend this company.
