Children's Lighthouse Schertz

Awesome place for kids, family/friendly staff members, fun/safe and positive atmosphere! Highly recommended. My son loves it here 😁

We couldn’t be happier with Children’s Lighthouse in Schertz! We have been taking our 7 month old since she was 9 weeks and we have no complaints. Ms Laura, Ms Irma, and Ms Morgan in the infant room are amazing and our daughter always has a huge smile when she sees them at drop off/ pick up. I cannot speak for the curriculum yet but they do work with the babies on tummy time, sitting, reading them books, words, etc. Admin is always great too every day walking in the door or whenever we need help with something on their side. It’s hard to leave your baby in the care of someone else but we are comfortable leaving ours at Childrens Lighthouse!

Love this day care staff is very welcoming and caring! They really put my mind at peace while I’m at work. Love the fact they have cameras in the classroom I can watch my baby thru the app. The daycare is well kept and clean also love that, also provides meals and snacks throughout the day! They keep you updated throughout the whole day as well with pictures and notifications ie if she gets moved to another classroom when she took a nap etc ! Overall I’m very pleased and happy with this daycare!!!

Children’s Lighthouse in Schertz has been a godsend for our family, they were able to get us in earlier than originally agreed upon when our baby care situation fell through at the time. I love being able to check in on the live camera feed (I literally just have the iPad up with camera on whenever I get to work from home). There’s always enough teachers in the room according to ratio (this was an issue at the previous daycare we were with where even though the teachers loved on our little, they were just so understaffed). The teachers are so sweet with our little, yes, some days drop off is still rough, but little one seems to have a good time while there. Finally, when incidents (even just minor boo boos) happens, I always get a call first and also a full report with pictures. Thank you Children’s Lighthouse!

My daughter has been attending CLH since she was 5 months old, she is now 2. Having previously worked at a daycare, and seeing the nonsense that takes place, I hated the idea of having to use one. Finding a daycare that allows parents to have live camera access was great and definitely helped my anxiety.

The staff has been wonderful. The director, Kayla, assistant director, River, and the front office staff, Devin and Bex, are all super sweet. On the one or two off scenarios that we had a concern, the ladies listened to us and fixed the issue immediately!

My daughter has 2 therapist that visit her at daycare. Not only has the center been great in accommodating to their visits, but both therapists have also commented on how nice the center is and the amazing interactions they’ve seen between the kids and teachers.

Amazing staff! My son does matter school care a couple days a week and is always asking to go extra days! He has so much fun and always has a lot to do. All of the teachers and management have been awesome. Love all the communication and being able to check in via the cameras! Absolutely recommend!
