Children's Lighthouse Schertz

My daughter has been attending Children's Lighthouse for almost a year and a half now. She has been in 3 different classrooms and ALL of the teachers have been wonderful! We started at only 2 days/week but she loved it so much that we moved to full time after only a few months. She learns something new everyday and loves her teachers!

I cannot rave enough about Ms. GG (Genesis) in Room 6. She is the most patient and kind-hearted person I've ever met! She truly cares about her kids. She checks in every day on her kids that have transitioned up to a new class, which has really helped my daughter adjust to the older classroom. Ms. Cassandra in Room 6 is also a wonderful teacher! She always had the class under control and she would send out very detailed reports on what the kids were learning and doing each day, which was very helpful. Having the cameras in the classrooms...

Our daughter loves going here. She is always excited to go to "school." She runs in and hugs her teachers everyday. All the teachers know each child's name and she has learnt a lot there. I feel comfortable knowing my daughter is here.

We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful staff at Children’s lighthouse Schertz! My son has been here since 3 months old and he starts kindergarten next year- that’s almost unheard of!!! The director is top notch and loves each child like her own and my son is more than ready to take on school next year thanks to the amazing teachers and curriculum.

We are so happy here! There is always a smile and warm welcome. You can see by the way the kids interact with the director and the teachers that they really care about each other. They have the perfect mix of warmth and learning that we were looking for!

My daughter has been at Children’s Lighthouse for about 3 weeks now and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. They have security code to get in, finger print check in and check out, cameras and daily reports and photos of how my baby did throughout the day. The staff is amazing, from the ladies in the front to the ladies that watch over my daughter. Every morning that I walk in they welcome me with a good morning and have a wonderful day on my way out. The facility is super clean with lots of sunlight coming into the classrooms which makes for a happy place. Thank you children’s lighthouse for all your hard work!!!

We have had such a positive experience with Children’s Lighthouse. The administration and teachers are so warm and loving. I love that my son is happy and is excited to see his friends and teachers each day. It’s amazing to have the ability to peak in anytime I want with the classroom cameras and it’s an extra treat when they send pictures with his daily report. Most of all, I am so impressed with how much my son is learning.

Children's Lighthouse is AWESOME!!! My sweet boy has so much fun everyday, and they have so many fun family events! I love how well they communicate with parents and how they know everyone by name. They greet us everyday with a smile and are so flexible with whatever needs may arise! My son has a food allergy, and they have been so accommodating. Our family is so grateful to have found this AMAZING place!!

My son started going to Children's Lighthouse Schertz in March and we have had the absolute best experience! All of the staff know Hunter by name and greet him with huge smiles every day. The ladies in his classroom (room 2) are so caring and attentive to all of his needs, and were so sweet helping him through adjusting to daycare and being sick. I was really nervous putting him in daycare after being home with him for the first 8 months, but we absolutely picked the right place because we know he is safe and well cared for! And he gets excited every morning when we get there and he sees his teachers!

A wonderful facility which just received a beautiful makeover, but the true gem of this place is the staff! Highly recommended if you want a place you know your child will be safe and a great path to your child’s education.
