Children's Lighthouse Olathe

So I was a bit nervous enrolling myself daughter after reading some reviews. But they were the only daycare that had availability that matched mine. So I took a gamble and put my shy little kid and when I tell you the staff and teachers are all so welcoming! I spoke to my daughters teacher about my child being very shy and a very poor eater (my reason for starting daycare), the teachers understood my concerns and assured me they would help and encourage my daughter to eat and play. Despite my daughter going 2 days a week, the difference I see in her demeanor is astounding! I see her being more proactive and eating better at home as well. Any parent who’s hesitant I really don’t think you should be. They have cameras in all the rooms (which most other daycares don’t have so you don’t know what happens), so you can make sure your little one is adjusting well. The staff all took time to...

My daughter started daycare at age 3 after having been watched by family her whole life. This was a huge transition for her and we were all a mess. Thank God for the wonderful staff at Children's Lighthouse of Olathe who helped us through the transition. Two weeks in and my daughter is now excited to go to school! She loves her teachers Ms. Jessie and Ms. Nichole! Thank you all!

My daughter loves Children's Lighthouse and so do we! She gets the opportunity to take part in so many different activities each and every day! She is learning so much!

Our son Jack just loves going to school and is always excited to talk about it when he gets home. We have been so pleased with all his Teachers and everything he learns from them. Couldn't be happier with everything and about to start our 2nd child at Children's Lighthouse as soon as I go back to work from maternity leave.

This has - hands down - been one of the best and funnest places I have worked at. Let alone being part of a fun environment, it is very rewarding. Hard work pays off here and I appreciate everything this management team has done for me and our staff. It's so cool to see these kids respond well to the thought out curriculum that we use. They are learning and growing and I am honored to help them through this process and witness it. I highly recommend working here or letting your kids attend! It's so worth it!!

Childrens lighthouse is by far the best childcare center either one of my sons have ever attended! All the teachers, and staff are so patient, kind, and loving with all the children.
We absolutely love everything about it!

For anyone interested in working with kiddos, you should highly consider this place!
I thought after leaving the last daycare I was at, that I was done for good. I personally haven’t had the greatest experiences working in childcare, until I came to Children’s Lighthouse in Olathe. My work is appreciated, and does not go unnoticed. I am valued, and well taken care of. The staff is amazing, each teacher genuinely loves what they do. The management team is phenomenal and some of the best people I’ve ever met, the owner is hands down the best boss I’ve ever had, very involved in her business and extremely hard working. Children’s Lighthouse is the cleanest daycare I’ve ever stepped foot in, and is decorated so beautifully. This place is my second home, and my co-workers/ bosses are my second family.
