Twice our water line to the refrigerator leaked causing water damage to my hardwood floors. In Oct 2015, first tine, li remembered Champion had special drying equipment for hardwood & called. My floors were dried & no buckling. Now, after the same thing happened again, Champion came to my rescue! Floors are dried, and have flattened back as they were! Was out of town for a few days, and arrived home to find a water supply line broke. It appeared that half of my house had been damaged by water. Carpets soaked, and Laminate floors all buckled up. On reference of Hammond Plumbing to contact Champion they arrived within the hour. They did all the documentation for the insurance company, and got right to work with a crew getting the soaked carpet pad out. They immediately began drying the house out with blowers, and dehumidifiers with the quantity of equipment on site that would have cost a fortune to rent. They have been back 3 days in a row drying down the house, and demoing out the damaged floors, and walls.
They have the labor force to handle an emergency like this, and a shout out to the whole crew. Ruben has been here everyday, and has guided us thru this whole process. Very professional, and caring group of guys.
