I am new to this company and I have to say that this is a Amazing Company thus far!
At the beginning I was told that they are all like a very tight work family, and yes, they were right from what I've seen this far!! I think that's huge to any employee who is coming onboard to a new Company. Anyone, who has been in the Nursing Field for awhile, you know that the (DON) Director of Nursing seems to just delegate the workload or their always in their office doing paperwork etc. I'm speaking from experience. I have been going through Castor's Onboarding (which is a very long and a time consuming process when you are hired anywhere.) The DON Sarah, has done I'd say, about 90% of my onboarding, testing, meet and greet, training etc. She has done this all, all by herself. She is also on the road so much, traveling many miles weekly so she can meet each family herself. I believe she...

I am new to Castor. I started early July and so far they have been amazing! There is great communication through out the company. They are very professional and kind. I am thrilled to be working for them!
