I would endorse Caring Transitions South Bay/PV. They are wonderful to work with. I have seen some Yelp reviews and I can understand the emotions of people at the time, but for me Tim was a very kind person and laid everything out clearly for my wife and I. He even came to the house during our last heavy rain, which impressed me. He looked around at all of the items and then sat down and gave us an estimate and explained many different paths we could choose. We have not decided which direction we are going to go yet, but I wanted to put out a good review for them at this time. I will circle back and let everyone know how it all works out. The Caring Transitions team were a huge help in managing my move from a condo I had lived in for 37 years to an ADU next door to family. I did not have family available at the time of the move, so I was able to get help with the sorting, packing, selling items and donating others and much more. Although parting with long held 'things' can be challenging, the people assisting me with sorting were sensitive and kind. Caring Transitions made the overall process as manageable as it could possibly have been.

Tim and Heather both care. They work hard to be ethical in very difficult transition times. I greatly appreciate their services, communications and hard work.

Tim and Heather are in my top three Caring Transitions franchises and I buy from across the entire United States, so that's saying a lot. My account will reflect that in case corporate is reading this. I am a re-seller. From my perspective, his sales/auctions are about the best it gets for finding inventory for my eBay refurb/restore business. I don't win all of the auctions I bid on...far from it, but I win a satisfactory amount. Most importantly when we (I) go to pick up, where he as a coinciding 'Picker Sale', he has things arranged and sorted/displayed in a way that help us regularly identify and purchase things similar to what we purchased at auction, albeit a little less valuable, but still necessary, EG: Power cords and transformers (power supplies) for the electronics we may have won.
