I had a stubborn hair ball stopping up the shower that didn't respond to 2 bottles of Draino, numerous attempts with a plunger, and a hair removing hook. After struggling with it for the better part of a week, I called Cardinal. They squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday. When it appeared they may be later than originally estimated, they called back to make sure I knew and was OK with it. Not wanting to deal with ankle deep water over the weekend, I was willing to wait. They arrived within 10 minutes of the original timeframe. I had gotten an estimate over the phone so I knew approximately what to expect. When the tech came, he got right to work and retrieved the hairball that had eluded all my attempts.
