Cardinal Plumbing

I’ve had three experiences with Cardinal Plumbing over the past two months. Each time it was Danny that came out. First visit he correctly diagnosed a bad “tankless” water heater. Second visit he installed a new one, and the whole thing took less than an hour. This last visit to our house he fixed the water heater, it was making a weird noise.

Jeff from Cardinal came this morning and put in a new water heater for us. He was right on time and supplied extra parts we needed. he was friendly and fast. He explained the process as he went along as he had to reroute pipes. It was a total of 178 that included a senior discount. We give them an A and would call them again if ever needed. Read more >

Well over the years we have had underground water leaks and these folks have always been professional and worked with the insurance co. .. This time however we needed a hot water heater installed and I messed up the appt date, my husband had already disconnected the electrical to it.
I had called to ask them a couple of questions and she said you know the appt. is not until 2 days. My first thought was I'am not taking a cold shower, she said that is okay we will take care of it today and it was my fault about getting the date mixed up! The point is with my experience these people try their very best not to leave you without the basics(hot water) they go above and beyond, and are very professional and pleasant to deal with!!
