Cardinal Plumbing

Water heater went out on Sunday morning, hubby re-lit it and later was out again. Turned out it was 17 years old and needed to be replaced. Cardinal came out within 30 mins of being called on a Sunday night. Then called at 8:30 the next morning to inform me they would be ready in 40 minutes to install and bring our entire unit up to code. Sure enough, they were on time, friendly, and professional. In Ridgecrest it is a pain to get any companies to get back to you, let alone get you on their schedule in a reasonable time. We have hot water and will definitely use them again! Read more >

I just need to give Cardinal Plumbing a shout out. My 93 year old grandmother had a sprinkler leak on a Sunday. I tried to help and made it worse so it was really pouring water. We called the city and had to leave a message. So we called Cardinal Plumbing and the guy said he'd drive out to turn off the water for no charge. (Cost was a concern for my grandma on a fixed income.) The city ended up showing up before he could get there but I was still so impressed that he was willing to do that for us.
