We live about 20 mins from RC, but our plumber arrived very close to the appointment time. Got right to work after my confirming what the work order said. We knew the job (actually three) was difficult but not only did he finish quicker than we had anticipated, but tested everything, cleaned up, and disposed of all the old parts. We recently had our water heater replaced and were lucky enough to have been referred to Cardinal. Jose did an amazing job with the removal and installation, despite the small working space.
