The Goddard School

My child has had a wonderful experience at Goddard. The teachers/staff are excellent and very friendly. The curriculum is educational, but very fun! The facility is very clean and well kept.

UPDATE on 03/14/24:
Update since my child has been attending Goddard for a year. She still loves the school! My child continues to have wonderful experiences and is so happy to be there. Her teachers, Ms. Gabby and Ms. Nina, are excellent, and she loves them so much! Thanks you her teachers and all the great staff at Goddard!!!

Our pandemic baby has been thriving ever since he started to attend Goddard Alexandria August 2022. He is now going on 4 and loves going to school! We are pleased with the dedication, professionalism, love and education the staff provides him daily. The staff and curriculum is diverse and inclusive which is so important to our family. Having him home while juggling work and virtual learning for our daughter from at ages 5-7 was the hardest time of my life…The Goddard has been a blessing to our family. We will be forever grateful!

We love the Goddard School and so does our son! He has learned a tremendous amount from the amazing teachers and has so much fun every day. The staff is also very responsive and open to questions and feedback. His most recent teachers - Ms. Crystal, Ms. Talaya, and Ms. Kassie - are truly wonderful! Ms. LaSasha and Ms. Maribel are also fantastic.

My daughter has attended this school since August 22, and I have seen considerable growth in her learning. She is 19 months old and counting, signing, naming animals, and overall communicating her needs very well. Massive shoutout to Ms.Crystal, Ms.Talaya, Ms. Cassie, and Ms. Tonika. They have been very welcoming and loving while she has been here. We definitely recommend this school!

Our son enjoys going to the Goddard School of Alexandria. His English and communication skills have improved a ton after starting school here. We will like to thank Ms Ronnique, his first teacher at Toddler 1 who helped him to warm up and enjoy school when he first started. She is always friendly and says warm hellos when we walk by the classroom. Also to his Get Set teachers, Ms Deborah, Ms Talaya, Ms Michelle and Ms Maria for their patience in engaging him in class. He enjoys the activities very much! All other teachers and staff are very friendly too and will greet us during pick up and drop off.

The staff at Goddard are very welcoming and friendly! They go out of their way to greet each child they see. It is great to walk down the halls and see the Children's artwork on display.

Mrs. Mary is such an incredible teacher and has taught our daughter so much! She is kind, patient, hands-on, and isn’t afraid of a mess. Our daughter speaks highly of her often and we are thankful to have her help pave the way for our sweet girl. Ms. Deborah, Get Set, has been a joy for our younger daughter. She’s upbeat, will often greet our daughter with a hug, and truly cares about the kids in her class. My daughter loves her big personality and talks about her often at home. Ms. Ronnique was my daughter’s previous teacher and she is awesome!! She still greets our daughter, and myself, when we see her and is always ready to have a fun time. She’s caring, kind-hearted, and my daughter adores her. Ms. Gabby, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Diamond are all also amazing teachers who show both our girls so much love! We appreciate all of you!

We love Ms. Diamond, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Shannon and Ms. Michelle! We appreciate them both for always taking great care of our toddlers! The front desk and owners are also helpful and super friendly!
