I love Busy Bee Carpet Cleaning. I have used this company several times. Walter is extremely professional and answers all of my questions. I definitely recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs.

I called to get my area rug cleaned from a pet accident, and they were able to send a tech the same day. The tech did a great job and was very professional. I would have given 5 stars, but an excessive amount of water was left behind. I know the carpet is wet when cleaned, but this felt saturated. I was able to get out the excess with my own cleaner. I still would use them again. I appreciate the quick response to my call.

I've gotten my carpet by other companies and satisfied with their work. But Busy Bee truly impressed me. Their representative was extremely professional. Use Sir, thank you and various other respectful languages. Ask if there's any additional spots he could take care of while at my house. Explained how to extend the duration of the clean. In addition, said if not happy after the carpet dries, call immediately and we'll take care of it. 5 STAR 🌟 SERVICE

Walter was amazing. He got the job done fast and at a great price! The first day, the carpet looked perfect but was still wet, I came back a few days later and apparently the stain showed back up worse because it seeped up from the padding. I called Walter to tell him my findings and he immediately came to my rescue and found a resolution and now the carpet is perfect again! Thank you for saving the day as I had photography scheduled that day to get it ready to sell on the market! I highly recommend Busy Bee!

I wanted a sofa of mine which was older but still in good shape to be thoroughly cleaned. The sofa was clean and still smells great!! The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company for any upholstery and/or cleaning needs.
