Upon returning to our condo in Longboat Key we discovered a leak which caused mold to grow. After contacting a remediation company we decided to have air quality testing done. Building Performance Solutions was recommended as one of the top performing companies in the area.
I contacted Jamie who walked me through the process, patiently answered all our questions and performed the testing in a timely manner. BPS also prepared a remediation protocol for the cleaning company to follow. After all the work was completed, BPS came back and did a follow up test to confirm the mold had been removed. I would definitely recommend BPS to any of my family and friends in need of this type of testing.
