Anthony is a rare gem - combining hvac qualifications, construction knowledge, along with understanding of mold and related conditions. I cannot recommend him enough if you are building and concerned about mold predrywall, or preclose. He has the ability to red flag HVAC deficiencies that can lead to mold. Any concerns re: mold or indoor air quality on an existing home, this is the person you need to contact. I have two young children impacted and he has gone above and beyond to assist during a challenging build. Our rental property in Florida was severely damaged due to a fire. To make matters worse, I live in Pennsylvania. Citizens insurance company was trying to pin the cause of fire on the HVAC company and took a month going after them. The HVAC company finally went to the fire marshal who had listed the cause of fire as electrical. The only reason I’m adding this information because that one month caused a lot of water and mold damage because there was no air-conditioning and the house had been closed with no ventilation. BPS did the testing and I then had the remediation company go in to do the cleanup. The follow-up test by BPS failed. The remediation company tried to convince BPS to just let them clean the one small area where mold was still detected. BPS would not do that and made them clean the whole house again. BPS had our back the whole time! Thank you Kailey and team!
