Bugs & Blades

I don't usually write reviews but we switched to Bugs and Blades this season and they have been amazing from the get go! Price is very reasonable and I have to give them an A++ for communication and responsiveness. We receive a reminder email, a pre arrival text and a text telling us when they are done and reminding us to keep our kids and pets out of the yard for 60 minutes while the spray dries. Everyone there we have spoken to, from the owner to the office manager, to the techs themselves, has been friendly, courteous and very professional. A few weeks after they were here for a tick treatment we found a tick on our dog (not really surprised as she rolls in EVERYTHING) but I reached out to Bugs and Blades and they sent someone out the next day to re-spray at no cost as they guarantee their service. Customer service is top notch and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Chris and his employees have sprayed our yard for ticks for the past several years. They are professional and always on time. They give a courtesy email and text to let you know when they are coming. I did have to change the date one time and they were very accommodating! Always super friendly (in person and on the phone). I have not found a tick on my dogs since he started spraying the yard. (Except when we go in the woods for a hike) I definitely recommend them!
