I had a BUNCH of laundry that needed washing. For various reasons, it made more sense to HAVE it done, than to do it myself. I searched online for a laundry service, and found these guys.
They presented themselves well, simply, and straightforward. Their stated service area included my location, and their prices were better than most I had looked at. Their website also included contact info, and I had a few questions involving specific details, so I emailed them.
Their responses were prompt, straightforward and clear, and they seemed to be truly interested in answering my questions and putting me at ease, since using a laundry service was new to me. And they were willing to customize their service, separating by color and temperature; heavy, normal, or gentle agitation, spot treatments, etc..

I did a more detailed review on Google, but to hit the high points here, I used the pick-up and delivery service. Set the dirty laundry just outside my door one day, picked it up washed, dried, folded and sorted, at the exact same spot the next day. Affordable cost, attention to detail, excellent communication, prompt service. These people are definitely very invested in their customers, their service, and their reputation. Top notch, definitely recommend.

And don't just take my word for it. Look at all the other reviews on Google, for instance. The overwhelming majority, well over 90%, are 5 stars and 4 stars. Very few lower than 4. I usually come here if I have way too many clothes to clean or if I need to clean items like bedding. My building’s washers and dryers leave much to be desired. It’s a clean laundromat, with lots of options and the dryers DRY your clothes. 45 - 50 minutes is usually sufficient. It is a bit small and that can be possibly bothersome when trying to navigate around other people but if you come at a good time it’s really no big deal Read more >
