My life instantly changed for the better when I found BMI. I graduated from my first course is 2014, my life has changed in every way since i started implementing what I learned in the courses into daily life. With all these new found superfoods, herbs and lifestyle hacks I often felt alone. I didn’t really have anyone in my life that I could bounce ideas off, ask questions to or just have a conversation about herbs and superoods. I joined the inner circle and uexl when I received the first email about it. Being a part of this group is exactly what I was looking for. I no longer feel alone in this journey, i absolutly love the daily conversation, the pictures, the ideas be bounce off each other. Everyone in the IC is at a different level, I can ask for help and also offer my knowledge to those just starting out. I now feel a sense of peace, I feel supported and my need to help others...

After being in the health and wellness business for 20 years, I was blown away with the new knowledge that David was able to teach me and I love his mission to share his teachings with as many people as possible to create a better world and environment full of health and joy for all. David Wolfe is the most compelling speaker I've ever heard! I really mean it. I have been listening to various speakers since the 70's and I've listened to everybody. I look forward to hearing him speak because it's just like talking to a friend. He covers so many topics that are much deeper than people typically get into. On every subject you can imagine.
I like the fact that he mentions his journal and reading books. He gives you ways to organize your life covering every facet and his enthusiasm is intriguing. I tell people this all of the time.

I was impressed that Lars spoke about meditating and calming your body down before you eat your meals. It is important to him that you get your nutrition worked out before you take in any new information. That was different from most people that you hear speak. I've never heard anyone say that.
