I bought a cart from these guys over a year ago. Best cart ever. anyway today it suddenly died so I called them on a saturday. they had me try things to reset the cart over the phone and it didn't work so they said they would send someone out in a couple of days. I was happy with that but then he told me to hold on and said, wait a minuite, I have someone near you we'll be there in 30 mins. They came replaced a part, fixed something else to boot and charged me nothing. enough said. Ok, maybe not. they definitely stand behind their product. Great company

I searched and spoke with dozens of golf cart businesses and BMK was by far the most honest, professional business I have ever dealt with. The owner Brandon was very personal, who strides to make sure his clients are happy when they walk out his door. His brother Austin the general manager, and the office staff, all went above and beyond in making sure my golf cart purchase, title and registration went smoothly, which it did, and delivered to my garage Christmas Eve. There were no hidden surprises, and everything was done on time. I had purchased a custom built golf cart from BMK for my wife for Christmas. My wife was completely surprised and amazed with the quality and beauty of her new BMK Golf Cart. Everywhere she goes, she is constantly getting compliments on her BMK Golf Cart. My mom won ours at a benefit raffle. We were so blown away by th me quality. The windshield, seats, comfort, digital display, radio etc.

The Good Will function they donated to is an excellent cause that helps mentally and physically disabled people keep and train for jobs.

My mom was so excited to win this! They delivered promptly too. We had to pay tax etc. But, the quality was better than most golf carts I have seen.

I believe I am the first golf cart that BMK sold in South Carolina so I wanted to get my registration before posting my review. Now that I got my registration and am officially a LSV, here we go..... pick your rating system: 5-stars, 10/10, two thumbs up. Now go above and beyond your expectations and that is what you get with BMK- 6-stars, 12/10 and three thumbs up! Brandon was quick to respond, was very concise and knowledgeable. I always felt like he was listening to my thoughts and his responses were to the point without a lot of fluff. He answered my questions while offering suggestions without trying to sell me something. The cart building experience was awesome! Brandon and I spent about 45 minutes on facetime totally customizing my cart! Based on the finished product, every suggestion he had was a home run! Went to BMK golf carts today and Brandon honestly made it so easy for me I didn’t even need to go anywhere else. Customer service is just perfect and honestly the owner Brandon was a pleasure to work with. I’d go buy another one from him tomorrow if I could.
