Our disaster was turned into a manageable experience by this company.A frozen pipe caused our on demand hot water heater to burst and run while we were out of town for over a month. I called them late on a Sunday afternoon and the owner was at the house first thing Monday morning to assess everything. The workers were all polite and professional. The demolition and drying process took a couple of weeks due to the extent of the damage. When they were done, everything was left as tidy and clean as the situation allowed. BlueLine Disaster Solutions really knocked it out of the park for my family. They went right to bat after contacted for Damage mitigation. The crew showed up at the time they said. Very professional and educated. A tight crew ran by the owner /operators.

I would recommend BlueLine. I came home after being away to find water in our basement which had soaked the carpets in our two finished bedrooms down there. It was the result of a problem with our baseboard hot water heat. A friend had told me about BlueLine and they were happy with them. I called BlueLine that Saturday night and they called me right back. Sunday morning they came and immediately figured out where the problem was which was behind a wall. Water was spurting out of a hose going into the baseboard hot water system. They explained about going through our insurance. They moved all the furniture out of the two bedrooms and started the process of drying out the carpets etc. ,removing the baseboards etc..
