My son's basement pump died the day of a huge rain storm. They woke to no heat and a basement full of water. The furnace couldn't be worked on until the water was cleared. Huge rain storm, flood warning all around us...I never thought I'd find anyone who could come that day and help. BlueLine answered immediately and was at the house by that afternoon. They got the water cleared within the hour and started the process of cleaning up and drying out. After my initial call, I never had to do another thing. They just showed up, did their thing, made sure my so was aware of everything every step of the way and left the basement in amazing condition! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
