This company installed a new heater 1 year ago. Due to incompetence, they ruined the heater by mixing chemicals that damaged it beyond repair. Pentair wouldn't warranty due to the negligence. The communication was poor. The pool is still not fixed after 10 months. Do not use! Do not use! Do not use!

Save your money and yourself a headache and just go with any other pool company. This company has been disappointing to work with. They are not reliable and are unresponsive more often than not. We pay for full weekly service and our pool has gone completely green twice in the past 3 weeks and their own technician admitted they didn't do their job properly to balance the chemicals when we asked them why it happened. When things need to get fixed, they say they will come out to fix something and then don't show up at all. Recently, they said they would be at our home within 48 hours and then showed up 3 weeks later when we were out of town at their convenience with no notice. It's gotten to the point where we wake up each morning not knowing what our pool will look like and if it does look green or dirty again, we're unsure they will even show up when they say they will. Great Company. Have been with them for many years. They are reliable. My family and I highly recommend them. We have had many repairs and they go out of their way, specifically during the freeze and the subsequent scarcity of parts, to look for creative solutions to make sure our equipment is running and that our pool is looking great. David is top notch. He works tirelessly even during the weekends, which I do not think many companies do. You are in good hands with them. They care about their clients

I would strongly recommend against this pool company. They have been very unresponsive when repairs are needed, so much so that the pool has looked horrific for over 2 weeks. They have "completed" their weekly service and then sent us a photo via email with a horrible-looking dirty pool! They indicated on their "checklist" that a procedure had been completed when it had very obviously not been. They called and promised a repair estimate the next morning, after at least 2 calls requesting it, and then still haven't delivered 4 days later. They also provided a repair estimate to put a skimmer basket in and wanted to charge us 3 times what we were able to buy the basket for ourselves. Poor value and poor service.

I felt very comfortable with their costumer service. Very responsible and professional.
